I believe in the many benefits of creative play, and working with our hands. My personal experience has shown me that art and nature are necessary tools for balance, healing and growth in my life. I want to share my ever-expanding knowledge and creative exploration to help others connect more with themselves, others, and the world around us. The classes I offer require little to no creative skill or experience, so I strongly encourage those who “can’t draw a stick figure” to come! Creative play is empowering, educational, inspiring, healing, expressive, uplifting, and can be used as a meditative practice.
